WITS is a locally owned managed IT provider based in Lehi, Utah — not a call center, not a franchise, not a reseller of someone else's service model. We are engineers who hold the certifications that matter: Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Kali Linux Professional, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and PMP. We deliver managed IT the way enterprise companies receive it, at a price Utah small and mid-sized businesses can actually afford.
We started WITS because most Utah MSPs fall into one of two traps: enterprise prices that small businesses cannot sustain, or low-cost reactive support that does not prevent problems — just responds to them slowly.

How We Work Differently Than Most Utah IT Companies

We staff to client volume. When you call WITS, you reach an engineer who knows your systems — not a Tier 1 help desk reading from a script. Every managed IT client has a primary engineer assigned to their account. That engineer knows your server names, your software, your network, and the IT history of your business.
Honest about what we don't do
We are honest about what we do not do. We do not sell hardware at inflated margins and call it consulting. We do not recommend solutions based on vendor incentives. We recommend what fits your business, procure it at negotiated pricing, and document everything so you own your IT environment — not us.

WITS operates two service divisions: a business IT division providing managed IT, cybersecurity, structured cabling, network design, backup, and IT consulting; and a residential IT division providing WiFi installation, smart home setup, security cameras, computer repair, and home office configuration. Both divisions use the same certified engineers. Residential services are billed at a $135 assessment with no travel surcharges or hidden fees.
WITS serves businesses from 5 employees to 200+ employees across all industries. Our sweet spot is 10-100 employee businesses that have outgrown break-fix IT support but do not need a full internal IT department. We also serve startups establishing IT infrastructure for the first time and larger organizations that want to augment internal IT staff with specialized managed services.
No. WITS managed IT services are month-to-month. We do not require multi-year commitments to access our service levels or pricing. If our service ever fails to deliver value, you can leave with 30 days written notice — your data, documentation, and access credentials are returned immediately. We are confident enough in our service quality that we do not need contracts to retain clients.
