WITS operates two service divisions: a business IT division providing managed IT, cybersecurity, structured cabling, network design, backup, and IT consulting; and a residential IT division providing WiFi installation, smart home setup, security cameras, computer repair, and home office configuration. Both divisions use the same certified engineers. Residential services are billed at a $135 assessment with no travel surcharges or hidden fees.
WITS serves businesses from 5 employees to 200+ employees across all industries. Our sweet spot is 10-100 employee businesses that have outgrown break-fix IT support but do not need a full internal IT department. We also serve startups establishing IT infrastructure for the first time and larger organizations that want to augment internal IT staff with specialized managed services.
No. WITS managed IT services are month-to-month. We do not require multi-year commitments to access our service levels or pricing. If our service ever fails to deliver value, you can leave with 30 days written notice — your data, documentation, and access credentials are returned immediately. We are confident enough in our service quality that we do not need contracts to retain clients.
