Under no circumstances shall the WITS (Western IT Services) team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if the WITS (Western IT Services) team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

When a Customer requests a cancellation, this will be without charge if the sales order hasn’t been placed and purchased for any device or service provided from WITS IT Services.

If the order was placed for any devices quoted or proposed to the customer and the customer approved via Text Message, by signing the proposal or by Phone Call, then WITS IT Services will pass over to the customer the cost of the cancellation implication process.

Cancellation of Services requested by the customer will not generate charges if any services haven’t been provided. In case the services or part of these were provided, the customer will pay the cost of these services or the partial cost in those cases that apply.

WITS IT Services reserves the right to sue or claim in Court any owed amount from customers for services or devices provided and approved by customers.
