WITS On-Call is pure break-fix — you call when something breaks, we fix it at $150/hr. WITS Sentinel adds 24/7 RMM monitoring and patch management at $22/device/month — support incidents are still billed per hour. WITS Command is full managed IT at $85/user/month — unlimited remote support during business hours, on-site included, server backup, cloud management. WITS Inner Circle adds CCIE-designed security architecture, annual penetration testing, and compliance frameworks on top of Command.

Yes.
