No. Every WITS managed IT plan — WITS Sentinel, WITS Command, and WITS Inner Circle — is month-to-month. No multi-year commitments. Cancel with 30 days written notice and we return your data, documentation, and access credentials immediately. We earn your business every 30 days.
WITS On-Call is pure break-fix at $150/hr — no monitoring, no retainer. WITS Sentinel adds 24/7 RMM monitoring and patch management at $22/device/month — support incidents are still billed hourly. WITS Command is full managed IT at $85/user/month — unlimited remote support during business hours, on-site included, server backup, cloud management, network and firewall. WITS Inner Circle adds CCIE-designed security architecture, annual penetration testing, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2) on top of Command.

For managed clients, most emergencies are handled remotely and covered in the monthly fee — the after-hours rate applies only to after-hours on-site work beyond normal scope.
Yes. We coordinate professionally with existing contractors and respect existing relationships.
