The exceptions are machines with truly failing hardware (usually 7+ years old) or CPUs that are fundamentally underpowered for modern workloads. Yes. Data backup is the first thing we do before any repair work. We back up all your personal files, documents, photos, and important data to an external drive or cloud storage before touching anything. We also restore data to the correct locations after repairs are complete.
